Supply to Restaurants & Cafés

We bake delicious homemade cakes on a daily basis for trade supply to cafes and restaurants. We use the best quality ingredients and make everything from scratch in small batches. Our scones and pastry are made with butter and we use free range eggs, organic cocoa and chocolate in our cakes. We also make a large variety of seasonal soups, supplied fresh or frozen.

Buttermilk Scones

Cheese – with mature Cheddar, lovely with soup
Herb – with chives or dill, ideal topped with smoked salmon

Lemon Drizzle - a moist cake with a crunchy, lemony sugar topping
Carrot – our bestselling cake made with carrots, bananas and walnuts, topped with a vanilla and cream cheese icing
Chocolate – made with organic cocoa, filled and topped with fudge icing and grated milk and white organic chocolate
Cappuccino cake – a coffee traybake, finished with white chocolate icing and a dusting of cocoa
Flapjacks – made with bramley apple and cinnamon
Victoria Sandwich - filled with raspberry jam and buttercream
Gingerbread - topped with a ginger icing
Tea Loaf - made with specialist tea
Fruit cake – fruit soaked in apple juice which makes a very moist cake
Cupcakes – chocolate, lemon, vanilla
Orange and almond cake – soft cake with a citrus kick
